1. Redtrinity Redender Founder’s Edition Bookings

Thank  you for booking our Redtrinity Redender Founder’s Edition. By making your booking, you have secured the approximate priority for taking delivery of your Redtrinity Redender Founder’s Edition.The Order and Serial number allotment Founder's edition will be first come first serve basis.        

2. Effective Date

Your booking becomes effective only when (1) you place your booking on our website and (2) we receive your booking payment.      

3. Order Process

While this booking secures your approximate delivery priority, it does not constitute the purchase or order of a ebike. When the start of production for your Booking nears, we will ask you to configure your ebike with the options available at that time. Redtrinity Ebikes will create an order for your ebike and you will receive a Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase price of the ebike, plus estimates of any applicable taxes, duties, transport, shipping and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees. If you proceed with the   order, we will apply your Booking Payment towards the order payment. Until you enter into a Purchase Agreement, your Booking may be cancelled at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Booking Payment. 

4. Cancelling and Refunding.

On cancelling the Booking from your side for any reason before we get into the purchase agreement, you will receive the full refund of your Booking Payment within Minimum of 7 days to Maximum of 60 Days

4.Acknowledgements; Non-Transferable

You understand that we will not hold your Booking Payment separately or in any escrow  or trust fund or pay any interest on your Booking Payment. Your Booking is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of Redtrinity Ebikes and ESHIVA Electromotive Private Limited.

5. Your Details

From time to time we will ask you to provide information so that we can perform our obligations under these terms and conditions. We will maintain your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at Redtrinity.in website.
