As we are a startup company who wants to connect with our loyal customers, founding members and our whole ebike community, We have decided to start this program - The Redtrinity Referral Programme. 

The main motivation for this programme is to build our wonderful community moving towards this eco friendly journey by bringing the same enthusiastic members into our ebike community.

At the confirmation of booking the Redtrinity Redender Founder’s Edition, every customer will receive an email which has their own unique code for referral ,”The Redtrinity Referral Code” (it looks like this eg:RT-eshiva) and explains the terms and conditions of the referral programme and its motto towards our community.

1. When the new customer uses the valid referral code of the founding member, the founding member will receive 5% cashback on his/her booking amount and the new referred customer will receive 3% cashback on his/her booking amount.

2. There’s no limit on how many referrals the founding customers can add under their code.

3. The new referred customer will become a part of our founding customers and new referral code will be issued to them on their mail.

4. The cashback amount will be credited to their account within 7 days of the delivery of our product.

5. Under any circumstances, if the company finds any misfit of the usage of this programme and the company will forfeit the referral code of those members without any discretion.
